Password protected, smooth operation, well organized app. I like organization...Be smart and backup just in case it bombs you wont loose your info!

Love the complex passwords

Ive used this for a long time, its one of the best password apps. The only thing is sometimes it acts kinda funny when Im trying to open it & it takes a while, or crashes. After that its all good though :)

Deleted all my cards. Which means I lost all my passwords. Locked out of everything.

I had been using this app for roughly a year and it was great. I ran into an issue for which I got a quick response and a quick fix. I have now upgraded my phone and all information is gone! I have contacted support twice and have gotten no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP TO KEEP YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU UPGRADE. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IT BACK, I even contacted Apple, and their response was "Sorry". I am just happy I kept a paper version. Now looking for a new password app.

Simple. Convenient. Works well. Until it stops working. Then you lose all your passwords like I did. No response yet from support.

I was digging on this until I had the same thing happen to me with the upgrade - all passwords lost. Now Im back to square one. And no response from support? Really? Thats how youre going to manage this? Cos thats really a death-knell for your app if you continue down this path... Lame.

This is a good manager with basic encoding so you can put any word or phrase that would be easy to remember and it will encode it to make the word or phrase more secure. It also uses icloud so anything you enter on one device copies to another (ipad to iphone) automatically.

Is there a way to retrieve all my password? After I updated my iPad to ios 8, all my saved passwords got deleted. PLS HELP ME. T_____T

Please fix. The App keeps closing by itself. Not open long enough to get passwords.

Deleted all info today . I have been using this for a year and suddenly today nothing is there, what support do they have so we can report this.

It could have been a great app, but... After upgrading to ios 9 all the information has been lost. It does not connect to icloud, nothing, everything is erased. Contacted several times support, nothing happened. No data, no support, what could be worse?

Visually appealing, easy to use when managing 15+ passwords. Excellent customer service. Had a question and it was answered within 24 hours.
